Most days, you'll find Ana behind the bar and Theo at the roaster in the back. We source from three farms — two in Ethiopia, one in Colombia — and we never roast more than we can drink that week.
The room is small on purpose. There's a bench by the window, a record player nobody asks about, and a sign that says "no Wi-Fi, talk to each other." We mean it kindly.
